This is the ultra-rare US English-dubbed 1979 version.  The original film is titled “Prophecies of Nostradamus” (ノストラダムスの大予言) (NOSUTORADAMUSU NO DAIYOGEN), directed by Toshio Masuda and released in 1974.

“Professor Nishiyama, after studying and interpreting the prophecies of Nostradamus, realizes that the end of the world is at hand. Unfortunately, nobody listens to him until it is too late.
